As India charts its developmental roadmap toward Viksit Bharat@2047, language stands at the intersection of civilisational continuity and modern digital transformation. From preserving indigenous knowledge systems to training generative AI models in regional scripts, linguistic ecosystems are central to inclusive progress.

The Department of English & Second Languages at St. Pious X Degree & PG College for Women (Autonomous), Hyderabad, in collaboration with the Research Culture Society (RCS), is hosting a Two-Day National Conference (Hybrid Mode) titled:

"From Tradition to Transformation: Languages in Building Viksit Bharat@2047"

Dates: 29–30 September 2026

Mode: Hybrid (Day 1: Offline/Online; Day 2: Online)
