Special Issue: “Trauma, Exile, and Cultural Displacement: Untangling Philosophical Narratives”
The Scopus-indexed journal Dia-noesis invites submissions for its upcoming special issue, “Trauma, Exile, and Cultural Displacement: Untangling Philosophical Narratives,” guest-edited by Dr. Shikha Sharma (SRM University, Delhi NCR, India).
📅 Last Date for Paper Submission: October 20, 2025
About the Special Issue
This issue seeks to explore how trauma and exile reshape philosophical narratives of subjectivity, time, memory, ethics, belonging, and identity. Moving across disciplinary boundaries, it calls for reflections on the philosophical, literary, sociological, psychological, and cultural dimensions of human suffering, resilience, and storytelling in the face of displacement.
The focus is on how narratives of trauma and exile illuminate philosophical concepts, influence cultural memory, and foster reconciliation, resistance, and reconstruction of ethical and political communities.
