Guidelines for Paper Submission:

1. Word Limit for the paper: Research Paper: 2000 words 

2. No. of Authors: Not more than three 

3. Font Size - a. For English: Times New Roman; Font Size: 12; Line Spacing: 1.5 

b. For Devanagari (Marathi/Hindi) Google UNICODE; Font Size: 12; Line Spacing: 1.5 

4. An empirical paper should include Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Result Description, Conclusion, Tables, Figures, and References. Theoretical and conceptual papers are also acceptable. 

5. Author details: Full name, Designation, affiliating institute, Phone number, and email ID should be mentioned only on the first page of the manuscript. 

6. Tables and charts should have self-explanatory titles and be numbered as referred to in the text. The sources, wherever necessary, should be mentioned at the bottom of the tables/charts/graphs. 

7. Use APA 7th Edition for in-text citation and referencing. 

8. Plagiarism in any form is not accepted and if found, the paper shall be rejected and its presentation not allowed in the seminar. 

9. The soft copy of the full research paper must be submitted in M.S. Word and PDF format to nep2020rsml@gmail.com
