The Centre for Professional Communication, College of Engineering Studies under the aegis of University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India is organising its 5th in the series, but 4th International Conference MAGIC - Methods Aesthetics and Genre In English Communication - an initiative to Support Skill India, on the 10th and 11th of November 2016.
UPES, with a vision and unique approach emerged as an innovative institution offering 87 industry-focused specialized programs in key areas such as Energy, Infrastructure, Transportation, Information Technology and Legal Process. The domain focused programs at UPES enable students to develop skillsets and gain exposure to work in sectors driving the growth of the economy.
The International Conference MAGIC 2016 is an initiative to bring together academicians and researchers to deliberate and discuss upon developing communication skills. All the previous conferences brought together people from the academia, business and professional world to share their thoughts on Communication, Literature and Language. This year the emphasis is also to empower the work force with effective and sustainable communication skills, enabling and aligning them with Skill India.
MAGIC ’16 is privileged to announce its association with the International Journal Higher Learning Research Communication, for publication of selected papers on higher education.
We are equally proud to announce a special address by Dr Thalia N. Nazario Director of Research & Accountability, Laureate International Universities and Managing Editor Higher Learning Research Communication Journal.
